We manage the communal cleaning in a whole host of different buildings. These include contracts for both residential and commercial properties and premises.

Our very thorough communal cleaning service includes the cleaning of floors and carpets, skirting boards, interior and exterior window cleaning, all doors, and door furniture, lift doors and lift interior, banisters, light switches and sockets.

We clean and sanitise the outside spaces of the buildings and maintain refuse areas. We can also periodically jet wash external areas including car parks, external communal spaces, and patio areas.

Put simply, if it’s something in a communal area it will be hygienically cleaned and sanitised.

 Up To Date Attendance Record

Our highly trained cleaning staff will always record when they attend the building and record what they have cleaned and sanitised on a clear notice in the communal area.

This allows both residents and management to see exactly what has been cleaned and when. Our cleaning manager also attends regularly to audit, further ensuring that all cleans have been completed to the very highest standards.
